What should my VP$P be?

I play 77s to AA, AK, AQ, and position cards, along with suited connectors, but it seems i always get rivered, etc. I do win with big overpairs long run (nearly 79% w/ KK and AA)

Any tips?

What should a BB/100 per table? multitable?
