QQ hand on SB

Couldn't get a hand on the hand history so I just write what happened.

I had QQ on SB, only BB left. I raised 4xBB($0.5/1-table). He calls, flop 3 - 2 - 5 of different suits. I bet pot, he calls - turn 3. I bet pot again. He calls - river 5. I check - he goes all-in with about $50. I call.
