I either limp or raise pot. Usually raise pot. The rest plays itself. You can't steal after you let three people stay in with you.

Edit - actually, wtf are you doing playing pot limit in the first place? At the .10/.25 level you generally need to overbet the pot a bit preflop in order to narrow the field as much as you'd like. I'd usually make it $2 to go in that spot.

I think Hero should be very happy that 3 people were kind enough to stay with him. It allowed him to play the hand in very straightforward and profitable way : if A or Q flops then bet, if A or Q dont flop then fold.
Generally with strong highcard hands like AK or AQ you should be very happy to have 2-4 people with you in the pot because you dont have to worry about bluffing then.
When there is only one opponent then hit or fold strategy wouldnt show profit (ok maybe it would at 25NL but its not the point). With 2opponents hit or fold should be about even but low limit opponents are not very wise and often will pay off with crappy kicker hands. With 3 people in the pot auto bluff with K on the board can be added too.
For Hero : I think you played this hand perfectly which is not a reason too be very happy though, because it is really difficult to come up with other play.

Best wishes
