It depends on stakes.

At the $25 NL tables 15PTBB/100 (or 30 big blinds/100 hands) is just about sustainable

By the time you're up to the $200 NL tables 10PTBB/100 would be regarded as the very top end I think.

Once you are sustaining 7-10 PTBB/100 at any level (and have the roll) you can be pretty happy that you will win at the level above IMHO...

By sustaining I'm talking about 20K + hands..
