KK with board paired.
No real reads on the opponent, first orbit around the table. Typical call down hand right?

Re: KK with board paired.
Call the flop and check-raise the turn. If he 3bets then call and check-call the river.

Re: KK with board paired.
on this board, I think you can call down after he caps the flop.

Re: KK with board paired.
[ QUOTE ]
Call the flop and check-raise the turn. If he 3bets then call and check-call the river. [/ QUOTE ] I like this line. lets him get frisky with his 9 or whatever and end up paying two bets on the turn because calling represents missed overs. if you 3 bet, you might scare him off right there, or he might fold the turn when you fire again. if he 3 bets your c/r, you can feel pretty good that he's for real and call down. if you have a very, very good read, it is not always a mistake to fold to the 3 bet either. |

Re: KK with board paired.
Villain shows [ Ad, 5h ] a pair of tens.
slipoker shows [ Kh, Ks ] two pairs, kings and tens. Stone cold bluff, if he had been a tight enough player I might have thrown it away. |
