Actually, he should. He wants you to bust. He should 72o to make sure this happens. The only way he's making any money is if you bust here. So, he has to decrease your chances of winning as much as possible with any 2 cards. If he was shorter than you, this is an easy fold, without AA. Since he's bigger, he should call with any 2 and be correct in doing so.

Part of the reason why I fold here.

Oh yeah, I forgot he was bigger to start the hand which means he gets 3rd if the big stack wins.

great point...i guess the right play is fold but man does that suck.
