Default qustion about non suited conectors?

Lets say your in mid possition with KTo, QTo... with UTg calling Will you play this hand or just fold it?... how about if your in CO>?

For some reason I thought this post was about offsuit CONNECTORS. Those hands don't connect!

With a loose limper, and preferably tight blinds, I raise to isolate and for value.

Also when doing this from MP and even CO you have to consider the looseness of the players behind you. Getting sandwiched with KTo w/ a sponge on your left is not fun.
