With three of us all we need is 5 or so more and we got a game. I prefer holdm but will play anything. All you denver players post up and we can play some cards. |

Re: Denver area
If it's ok with the host, let me know what you find John. I'd be interested in playing in a game like that.

Re: Denver area
I'm the guru of the Denver home game circuit. Play in about three regular game and know of three others. The smallest games is a 2-4-6 game. It goes M W F Sat around 2:00 to whenever. It is a few blocks from Evans and I - 25. Now most of the time it is Omaha or Pineapple, a very similar game to holdem. In all of these games the rake is actually less than in the mountains.

Re: Denver area
is this a home game with a rake? or a poker club? dealer's choice? i'd like to play more denver games, but i'd rather find a low-limits hold-em game.

Re: Denver area
I describe all of these places a a professional home poker setup. There is a central dealer in all the games, no players will deal. Two of the games are rake free, tipping is encouraged, which functions like a rake. The game is a dealers choice as the button moves people call the game they want. Hope this helps.
