Best way to qualify for WSOP
I've been giving a the Party qualifiers a shot...about 3 near misses so far. Any other recommendations?

Re: Best way to qualify for WSOP
if you have the BR for it, the Paradise $1000 satellite gives you the best odds. Either that or the Stars $650. I've heard the double shootouts on Stars are pretty good too.

Re: Best way to qualify for WSOP
Justin (Jurollo) and I will tell you the best way: Empire WSOP Freerolls.
Ok, it may not be the best way, but if you can get lucky it sure is the cheapest. |

Re: Best way to qualify for WSOP
The absolute free-est (is that a word?) way is this ESPN game.
Beyond that, the Party super satellites into the 300+28 are quite doable. |

Re: Best way to qualify for WSOP
The $160 double shootouts on Pokerstars are good, especially if you're good at playing shorthanded.

Re: Best way to qualify for WSOP
Party looks like a ripoff.
1 seat for every 45 entries and it has a $28 entry fee. 300*45=13500 - $1500 cash - 10k entry = $2000 for a hotel for 10 nights |

Re: Best way to qualify for WSOP
Yep, Party is a rip off. Don't understand why they can't see this in the long run. Poker Stars is pretty smart in my opinion, with the free acomodations, for sure they're having the best players.

[/ QUOTE ] The Paradise daily 1K has $120 satellites two or three times a day. The Stars double shootouts are great because if you win your table, you are freerolling (unless you crack out first at the final table). Also, once you're at that final table, there are always a couple of spots that tighten up waaaaaay too tight, because it means a LOT to them. The Stars $650 is great, also, because the structure is better than the Paradise $1K. With these three options, and the satellites available to them, I think you're all set. P.S. I would skip any $100 buyin WSOP satellites for obvious reasons. |
