Bush's war on Iraq led to how many innocents being killed? I'd contend that there are no "innocents" in war. That's why diplomacy is so important. Once the commitment is made to wage war, one must wage war with a singular disregard for human life or risk losing. When we try to sanitize war we run the risk of becoming desensitized to its reality. |
