Cutting and pasting from Poker Tracker

OK, here's a dumb question. When people post their stats from Poker Tracker they're cutting and pasting pieces of the screen. I was wondering what program you use to do that. Thanks for any "nice" responses. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

The Printscreen key copies the screen to the clipboard, you can paste it into any graphics program.
