Yes, I had to re-verify the same account (but not re-register it) when I signed up for Empire.

I typically play one MTT a week.

My schedule means I really don't have time to play them on weekdays but I try to always play the Friday 4pm (CST) $10 rebuy on Stars.

Depending on my schedule I'll try to get a few more in on the weekend if I can but I almost always play in that one.
