Default Party Happy Hours

Could someone please tell me what time Party Poker has their happy hours. I searched their website, but couldn't find anything.

From what I know, Party has no special promotion for play during a certain period of time.

It is probably a reference to the evenings in the United States, when the majority of the players are noticably worse than in the daytime.

It should be listed in their rules for player-points (don't feel like checking right now...I'm just assuming it's still there).

The happy-hours run from 4a-2p (eastern)

you earn double the number of party-points for play during these hours.

Is this MicroBob's alter-ego? Post-whoring without the glorious post count recognition?
