Going to 2/4
Through some bonus chasing, I now have the roll to play at $2/$4. The problem is I haven't really won anything at $1/$2 10-max and I haven't proven I can beat it; over 8000 hands of it, I ended up down 32 BB, which is statistically representative of pretty much nothing. It could be a cold run or maybe it's just that I'm not good enough yet. I don't really feel that I'm not good, but I haven't proven that I am, either.
I can throw the stats up here if anybody thinks that'll be useful at all. So - keep at 1/2 until I've got a solid winrate, or just go ahead and go to 2/4 and see what happens? Worst case, I just move right back down again anyway. EDIT: This is all at Party skins, mostly PokerNow where I have rakeback. |

Re: Going to 2/4
Stay at 1/2. If you can't beat it consistently when it's at its worst, like right now with all these tags clearing bonuses, or pretty much anytime outside of primetime and weekends, then it's not a good idea. I'm still there, getting .5BB/100, but I know SH play is going to be much more important before I move up.
