Default AKs- BIG pot, big draws

Gaming club 1/2 10-handed

No real reads. most people here are not very good... the game is much softer than party 1/2.

Hero is BB with A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Preflop: UTG+1 raises, button reraises, SB calls, Hero caps. All call

Flop (4 players, 16 SB) 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Hero bets, UTG+1 folds, button raises, SB calls, Hero reraises, Button caps, and all call

Turn (3 players 14 BB) 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
SB bets, Hero calls, Button raises, SB reraises, Hero calls, button calls

River (3 players 23 BB) K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
SB bets, Hero calls, Button calls.

Final pot 26 BB between SB, Hero and Button

Look good?

Also, did I finish 1st, 2nd, or 3rd?

Same way I would have played it.
Hard to say where you ranked though. You might have beaten another busted flushdraw, although those chanses are slim.
Looking forward to the result.

Apparently you are the only one...

Button flipped up T2 offsuit, and the other guy mucked. my Ks were good. A freaking miracle!

I'm not sure about the call on the river, but you are getting 25-1 odds to call. The K probably didn't help you enough. I figure SB stayed in for the turn w/ the 5 and caught trips. I would put Button on a high pocket pair (99-QQ)

I think you come in 2nd

What is Gaming Club? Live or online?
If it is live, where is it?

Folding would be very bad here. You seriously don't expect to win this 1 in 25 times?

It is online. if you go to www.freecasinobooks.com you can sign up using their affiliate program and get 500 chips or 2 books etc for free after playing X number of hands. PLus, this site offers a $300 bonus. it is paid out $20 after 100 hands up to a total of $300.

The players are bad, so it is a good place to play or to bonus whore

When did 1/2 become small stakes, was there a memo I missed?
