Party 15 - spraying bets in SB vs BB confrontation
SB is LAG
(34% VPIP, 21% Preflop raise after 79 hands). Party Poker 15/30 Hold'em (8 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB raises, Hero calls. Flop: (4 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) SB bets, Hero calls. Turn: (3 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) SB bets, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, Hero calls. River: (9 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) SB bets, Hero calls. Final Pot: 11 BB I started out in this hand with the intention of raising the turn. Once the flop came with an ace I changed my plan to calling down. On the turn I picked up a straight draw and decided to raise. I made a crying call on the river and looking back on the hand I must have maximized both the confusion in my head and the number of bets I lost. How would you play this hand against an aggressive SB? EDIT: Where would you first deviate from the line of play I chose given that you call and not reraise preflop? |
