Empire Jack in the box tourney

Ok....so let me figure this out...the jack in the box tourney is going with 4 players and i couldnt register. i am sure for a tourney this big there are other ppl with the same problem. Ive emailed them and also tried to call them and they are experiencing difficulties. No response. Has anyone talked to them or does anyone have any information about this??
