Default Inducing a call

The other day I was playing low stakes poker at a casino, I was involved in a hand with a guy who was convinced that he was God's gift to poker. I mean this guy was a real character, he had on the shades, visor, and was quick to tell others the mistakes they had made during the last hand. Anyway, me and him tangle in a hand, I flop middle pair and back up into a big flush. As he normally does when attention is focused on him, he puts on a show. This guy takes off his shades, looks me up and down, then tells me to look into his eyes "cause my soul can't lie". At this point I'm getting pretty frustrated cause this guy has seriously taken like 2 full minutes and has still not made a descision. I ask the dealer if there is a time limit for this guy to act, but the dealer just shrugs me off.(I later find out this guy is a regular, and him and the dealer are buddies). Basically I figure the guy can't beat my holding, and I want him to call the bet; is there anything I can do to induce a call?
