Is this always a three bet?

Tight 10/20 b/m. I am in the sb with AA bb is a good soild player. mp is an idiot spraying chips has lost a rack in 20 min has one more. he open limps lp decent player raises folded to me. Is it ok to just call knowing your gambling a little in hopes of winning a bigger pot. Or is this just gambling and not poker?
