Default Poker Quiz: how would you play these online/ Long*

In an effort to move on beyond the strident posting below, here is a "Quiz", if you will, that was presented to me by a very successful middle limit player , who also happened to be a prop and Pro player here in sunny Ca.
It is not so much a quiz that contains absolute right or wrong answers as it was his idea to get me to see what my general tendencies in certain situations were at the table.
At that time (roughly 9-10 years ago) I had been playing for almost the same/ 9 years and I was not making much money.I was slightly above break-even. I asked for help... he gave me a little quiz and I found out some things that have helped me to be consistently profitable, way beyond what I expected since. My reading of players improved dramatically since looking at my own game.
I will present some situations here .The answers should be simply, as an example: flop- bet/ turn-check-raise/ river-bet. There needs to be no explanation as to why.
we all know that what you might do in a certain situation can change based on your opponents. But What I'm looking for
is your general approach that you would take. Therefore there is no absolute right or wrong, but I will post what the gemeral tendency should be,based on what this player told me.
the actual quiz that I was given is slightly different, but the lessons I learned will relate here as well. okay
Maybe we will get some of the very successful online players here, to play, and we can all learn. anyway,
again, please basic answers like , check/ raise flop, bet the turn, reraise if raised etc thanks It doesnt matter what you think of me, this is for your game, I'm not grading or going to make comments on anyones answers .i will simply relate the answer s and philosophy given to me. It helped my game, so maybe it will help some of you.Although I wont comment on other players answers I expect that you guys will.
