Default new guy + tilt

Hey all I have been studying/playing holdem for about 3 weeks now.

I have been play 5c/10c games at pacific poker for almost a week and have done pretty well (up $14, yes I play a lot lol).

One problem I seem to have is getting lazy when I know I am playing bad players. After 30min or so (and I know most of the table are calling stations) I will start to play drawing hands from UTG or middle position.

Argh like right now I play A7s UTG (2 people folded only 5 saw the flop).

I have also noticed that against maniacs I will try to push too hard or hang around when I know I am beat.

I'd be playing tight/aggressive and once I flop 2 pair I'd raise and reraise but then when the river comes with a straight draw I just cant seem to let it go. (straight draw where they only need one card, dont know what its called).

I know that if I can conquer the discipline side of the game I should be able to breeze through to 10c/20c.

How do you stay disciplined all the time?
