is my AJ any good?

pac. poker limit multitable, about 150 left, top 70 get paid. Blinds are 250/500 and I have T4000. I'm in MP and raise with AJo, a medium stack in EP calls.

Flop: Q-6-4 rainbow
EP checks, I check
Turn: Q
EP checks, I bet, he calls
River: 9
EP checks, I bet, he calls

Thoughts?
