Default Suggestions on dealing with the Home Game Jerk

A friend writes to me:

"In the other game I play in, one of the players (who is generally a good guy) has been exhibiting some poor card etiquette.
Me and a couple other guys are tired of his crap, and intend to focus next time less on winning ourselves, but more on wiping him out. I'm thinking of fun ways to do it, including calling pass the trash repeatedly and deliberately giving him bad cards every time, and quartering him every time he has a low split going.

Any good ideas? All insidious suggestions are appreciated, short of cheating."

Any suggestions out there?
