10 dollar rebuy, folding an overpair

64 left in Prima 10+1 Rebuy I have ~35K and am in 10th place, get JJ in MP.

Blinds 500/1K

UTG limps, UTG+1 raises to 3K, I call, UTG calls 3 to the flop.

Flop is 10h 4d 8h (POT 10500)

UTG bets 5K, UTG+1 raises to 10K, I fold.

I thought this was pretty standard but am open to other opinions on flop and preflop play.
