Default Hey Gaming Club Guy -- Your Software Needs To Be Fixed

GC Guy -

I believe this has been discussed before, but the problem continues. When playing No Limit Holdem (and probably other games as well) if a short stacked player re-raises all-in with less than a full raise amount, your software reopens the action which is incorrect.

Example: 1/2 NL Game

Blinds are posted.

1 Limper to Button who raises $6 (Total Bet $8)

SB re-raises $6 (Total Bet $14)

BB folds

Limper has $14 left and goes all-in, thus raising the bet $2 (Total Bet $16)

Button calls $8

<font color="blue"> Betting should be closed here </font>

SB who should only be allowed to call the $2 now re-raises $20.

While this flaw can be exploited by an intelligent player if he is so inclined, it violates the rules and should be corrected.
