Impossible. The most a player pays per hand in rake assuming a $3 rake cap is 30 cents/hand.

Now, not all pots will be raked to the max, so drop that down to maybe 20 cents/hand. Then, the affiliate gets say 25% of that, or 5 cents/hand.

Right? I agree with cup, it doesn't seem possible to bonus whore and have both the whorer, and the casino and affiliate come out ahead. The casino and affiliate will come out under.
