Business advice

Hi all,

I'm looking to start a home based business as a source of additional income. I was wondering if any of the lawyrs/accountants/business people could provide me with any insight to my new venture. I just want to make sure when I put my business plan together I'm looking for the right information tax and legal wise. Also any expenses that I may not be figuring in.
It's going to be a sole proprietorship home based cruise sales franchise. I'd like to get as many revenue streams as possible coming in over the next few years, and just thought it was a good time to take the plunge.
Any advice, would be much appreciated.
