I want to move, but where? (and when)

What is the best site to play .5/1? I dont know if Im legible for a Party bonus(I originally played there so there is no sign up-bonus), so I dont know if moving there would be worth it with the lack of bonus. But are the games good enough for this not to matter? What about the Prima Network? I am currently playing .25/.5 Limit rings on Poker Stars, and am trying to build my bankroll to $300. Currently I have about $150 available. I know the recommended BR for any limit is 300xBB. But, to move to .5/1, do you think I should just make the move sooner rather than later? I'm confident with my play, and feel I could be +EV on .5/1. All opinions appreciated. Thanks
