Help me with a plan

I like to have things lined out in front of me, kinda like a yellow brick road to follow [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Anyways, here is my situation and spec's

lets say $30.00 bankroll and start playing at .05/.10

playing 1 hour a night/5 nights a week and reading HEFAP in spare time.

Can you guys help me with out with a plan of attack? i.e at what point do I move up to .5/1 at PP?
