Default Too passive/too aggressive with one pair?

Also known as: "getting cute with aces". Did I get too aggressive on the turn? Should I have raised the river... These are the questions I have. Opponent is typical, comments appreciated.

Seat 2: reztes757 ($3,929 in chips)
Seat 5: LGCP ($3,372 in chips)
Seat 6: snatches ($494 in chips)
Seat 7: SigmaPi ($1,855 in chips)
Seat 9: all_aces [AD,AC] ($2,337 in chips)
(reztes757 is the dealer)
(Small blind posted by LGCP, big blind by snatches)

PRE-FLOP
LGCP posts blind, snatches posts blind, SigmaPi folds, all_aces raises, reztes757 folds, LGCP raises, snatches folds, all_aces calls.

FLOP [board cards: 6S, 4C, 2C]
LGCP bets, all_aces raises, LGCP calls.

TURN [board cards: 6S, 4C, 2C, 7D]
LGCP bets, all_aces raises, LGCP raises, all_aces raises, LGCP calls.

RIVER [board cards: 6S, 4C, 2C, 7D, 10S]

(I was starting to worry about a set... results to follow...)
