Battle of the Blinds, pounding with a draw
Party Poker 5/10 game, folded to me in small blind with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I raise, my opponent 3-bets, I call. His reraise is a big surprise, he's loose, so a call is to be expected, not sure what he will reraise with in this situation.
Flop comes J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] I check, he bets, I check/raise, he calls. Turn is 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I bet, he calls. River is T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I bet, he calls. I bet the river hoping he would fold a hand like AK/AQ that would earn a split pot against me. Anybody think I was too aggressive with a draw against a loose player? Should I check/call the river, instead of betting? Results to follow. |
