Going Card Dead Preflop...
What do you do when all you have done for hours is fold preflop? Going card dead at the table has happened to me a number of times, and during a full ring game, I can handle it. However, today was the first time that I'd gone completely card dead during a shorthanded game, and I simply had to sit back and watch the blinds eat away at my stack. I simply got up and left the table after a few hours play (despite the game continuing to be absolutely great). I figure, if there are no cards today, I'll simply comeback tommorrow. What about you? Do you walk away? Or do you grit your teeth and bear it? |
