I think Ciaffone and Rueben's book might be the best one, but I wish it were a little larger. The Big Bet Quiz that he sets up in the middle of the book with the correct answer being 10 points and you score yourself is great, but I wish it had about 30 more problems, and much more discussion.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that wished he would have stripped the London lowball and stud sections for 50 more pages of hold'em theory and hand exercises.
