Lingenfelter Performance Engineering does several different packages. I saw a video once of a Lingenfelter Vette from some TV show. They said that the owner asked LPE to build the fastest Vette they'd ever built, and what he got back was a stock-looking silver car with 800+ RWHP. It did the quarter in 8.95 seconds at 153 mph. According to
this site it does 0-60 in 1.97 seconds. This was a C5 (2001), but it's a 427TT, similar (at least in displacement) to the Lingenfelter Z07 cars. I would guess that with the appropriate suspension and tires, the Lingenfelter Z07 cars should be in the low 2 second range for the most part, but I couldn't find any data to back that up.
