I don't tip someone for doing the job they are paid to do, paying them is thier employers responsability not mine!
I do however tip people who go the extra mile for me, recent examples being a cab driver that helped my wife carry several heavy shopping bags into the house, and a waitress who took the time to find some crayons and paper to keep my kids quiet/amused while waiting for our meal Mat
