Toss's Baked Salmon and Asparagus: Salmon Filet From the Market Olive Oil Butter Bread Crumbs Honey Dijon Mustard Asparagus Cut up the salmon into serving sizes, coat with honey and dijon mustard, sprinkle some bread crumbs on top and pour melted butter on top. Add salt and pepper if you want. Bake in overn at 400 degrees until the salmon is flaky or whatever. As for the asparagus wash then drizzle on top with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees, but make sure you don't overcook. A few minutes extra can ruin great asparagus. Of course this recipe is stolen from another 2+2er. |
