Turbo SNGs: skill level vs. increased luck factor

When playing turbos, is a good player's skill advantage still big enough to overcome the increase luck factor in order to be able to play more SNGs faster?

If someone played say 200 Turbos and 200 Regular SNGs, would the hourly rate in the turbos be substantially higher?
