Default Do bad habits follow you to higher limits?

I have been playing Hold'em in B&M casinos for the past two years. I started out playing 2/4 and eventually moved up to 3/6. Sometimes when cards are running bad, I find myself playing way too many hands, like all of the sudden I don't respect the amount of the bets anymore.

Do you think it's time to move up to 5/10 where I'll respect the amount of money on the table more?
