Just made the money and then get a problem hand.

Hey guys, I was playing in a $26 multi at Full Tilt last night and had a hand that I really don't know if I played right or not. Here is the situation. 716 entered and I had just gotten to the money at 72. I am about $9000 on the button. Blinds are 300/600 and an ante. The table had been fairly tight, but you have to take into consideration this was before the money started. I get AT and decide to raise to 1500 and the BB calls. BB has got around 30k. Flop comes QJ4. He checks and I decide to take a free card since I have a draw now. Plus I think its likely he may be slowplaying a Q or J. Turn comes A. He checks, I bet half the pot and he reraises all-in. Before I let you guys know the rest I am curious to your anaylsis.
