when creating these videos of sessions? Can someone post a link?

Also, do these programs allow for editing? Or is that done with another program.

I want to video tape a session for some friends to review but I don't want it to be a huge project.

Any tips or pointers are more than welcome.

Oh yeah, and where do you post the movie for download?
