Default Help w/ second set and a redraw

OK, not sure if this should be a no-brainer or not. No reads on BB shortie. MP3 is a regular, decent aggressive player who is capable of getting it all-in with a wide-variety of hands on a drawing board.

Basically, the question is: Is it ever correct to lay something like this down?

Also, what are others thoughts on second sets with 8+out redraws in general facing a pot size raise or re-raise?

PLO25, 10-handed (only relevant stacks shown)

BB ($10.45)
Hero ($34)
MP3 ($49.15)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.25.
Hero (poster) calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP2 calls $0.25, <font color="#CC3333">MP3 bets $1</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, BB calls $0.75, Hero calls $0.75, MP2 calls $0.75.

Flop: ($4) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks, MP2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP3 bets $1</font>, BB calls $1, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $8.25</font>, MP2 folds, <font color="#CC3333">MP3 bets $30</font>, BB calls $8.45 (All-In), <font color="#CC3333">Hero ???</font>

For the results oriented:
<font color="white">Hero pushed all-in and won a nice pot when he flushed on the turn and the river bricked. MP3 showed K-K with a one ended straight draw. BB showed 13 out straight draw.</font>
