If you give villan a bit of credit, then it seems that the two flush flop would lead him to bet a hell of a lot more than t45 if he had an A. A flopped set at this level would most likely either check to trap or raise to the flush draw as well. Combined with his call preflop, it smells like QQ-TT.

I most likely can't bring myself to fold this, because I've seen this weak flop bet many times when villan is not holding an ace.

I might flat call, I might reraise (but not push)
