Default 3/6 AJ ... villain pushes the river

6-max 3/6
Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and (600)
Villain is button with (2000).

Recently hero raised pf, villain called, hero bet pot on the Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] flop, villain raised in position, hero folded and villain showed K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

He seems fairly loose preflop and fairly tricky, but clearly he can play.

Preflop
1 limper, hero makes it 30 to go, villain calls, BB calls

Flop (92)
9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero bets 90, villain calls, BB folds
(hero has not been continuing all the time, so this should represent a made hand reasonably well).

Turn (275)
J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero has 450 left, and found this amount difficult to deal with. If I bet 200 then I am left with 250 on the river, and a big pot if I get called. If I bet 150 then that seems too little. If I bet 250 then that seems too much, and it seems like Im happy to get all in here. So I went for a check-raise all-in

Hero checks, villain checks (great)

River (270)
9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero checks, villain pushes ... and now what ?
