Default .5/1 NL 6 max, ace high straight with three flush

.5/1 NL 6 max on Absolute. Villain is a tight, very solid regular who knows what he's doing, but is a bit on the passive side. Hero probably has a tight passive image as well. Effective stacks are $122.

Hero is UTG+1 with AsKh
UTG Raises to $4, Hero calls, BB calls.
Flop: Jh 5h 10d
Checks around.
Turn: 3d
BB checks, UTG bets $3, Hero calls.
River: Qd
Villain bets $15, Hero raises to $40,
At this point villain types "Crap, I guess you have AK." he then pauses for about 5 seconds, then types "I have to see it" and then reraises all-in.

First, do you always raise the river? Second, as played, do you ever consider folding to the push?
