Paradise Poker/Sportsbook.com?

I have an account with sportsbook.com, affliated with Paradise Poker. You're supposed to be able to transfer funds from sportsbook to Paradise through the Paradise software, but I'm having technical difficulties doing this, and Paradise support hasn't been able to help me. Has anyone else been having this problem? Thanks.
