TGC / OIC - Is it too late and what bonuses can I get?

Sorry but I cant read the bazillion posts but it sounds like fun. I know the basic premise of how to play, now to logistics..

1) Is it too late to enter?
2) How much in bonuses (including possible kickbacks of RAF) can I get?
3) How much do I need to deposit?
4) Can anyone kickback a refer-a-friend bonus to me thats online right now? Would be greatly appreciated.
