Default What does your standard deviation say about you?

Decent Limit Holdem players, I have seen it written often have a SD close to 19 BB/100 but is the converse true?

If players A, B, C have an SD of 14, 19 and 23 respectively over 100K hands, can you deduce anything about their play without knowing any other stats?

Or, would a losing player easily have the same SD as a winning player?
