Default Hypothetical \"Do you put in 3rd raise preflop\" Question

Hero ($1400)
SB ($1600)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $5.
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $30</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $90</font>, <font color="#666666">BB folds, 60 to hero</font>

Why do you raise? Why call?

Does your answer change if you know SB is average, overly aggressive-- Will lead at flop 100% of time?
