Trying to figure out the basics of stats

I was just about to get Poker Tracker and was looking for a good over view of the stats and what ranges mean what. I know there's been threads on this before, but I did a couple searchs and couldn't find them. If someone out there has a link to an old thread or a web page they can post real fast, it would make my life a lot easier.
