$500 Max Deposit at Empire?

I've never used this Neteller account before and when I try to deposit to Neteller it says the max deposit I can make is $500. I need to make a $1000 deposit so I can take advantage of the full $100 Royal Flush bonus. Is this just a limit on the first deposit with a new Neteller account and it will increase in the future? Is there anyway to get it increased now? Thanks.
